The Philippines broke tourism records in 2018 with over 7.1 million foreign tourists. In Eastern Visayas, Leyte is one of the most visited provinces because of its beautiful islands and beaches. In 2018, Leyte generated Php 12.5 billion from tourist receipts. Over 1.1 million people visited the province in 2018,  a 14% increase from the previous year. Among the top destinations in Leyte is Kalanggaman Island in Palompon.

Beyond offering a beautiful beach, the property has more than 10,000 trees which could be developed into a farm resort or an agriculture enterprise. The global demand for cacao beans has been growing annually by 2 to 3% while production in the country has been declining. Investing in this property would help boost the country's cocoa industry. Not only a serene place to retreat but it could also be a haven for sweet treats.

Two Structures: One along the shore and one along the National Highway

Imagine waking up to the morning sea breeze and the sound of waves or hosting guests from different parts of the world in this hidden paradise.

There are two structures in the property that you can renovate into a hotel or summer home for your family. One of the structures is along the National Highway and is approximately 200 square meters. The other structure, approximately 150 square meters, is along the shore.

Located along the National Highway and with concrete pavement, the property is easily accessible.

As people spend more on experience, this investment could keep your bank account full and your guests in awe of nature's wonders.

Give in to your fantasies and make this paradise yours.
