Portraits Realty is a brokerage firm serving buyers and sellers of residential, leisure, and commercial properties, primarily in Leyte, Samar, Biliran, and Metro Manila.

Engr. RONSARD GRANALI

CEO/Owner

Ronsard, the former head of the Appraisal Unit, Housing Loans Division of Pag-IBIG Tacloban, is a licensed civil engineer, real estate appraiser, and real estate broker. Prior to Pag-IBIG, he worked as Senior Engineer under the Rehabilitation Project of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Metro Tacloban Chapter. He serves as Technical Consultant to Peerless Subdivision.

ROCHELLE JAYE GRANALI

Designer

Rochelle brings over 7 years of experience in retail and home interior design to Portraits Realty. She has been working as Senior Design Associate for the University of the Philippines Diliman for three years. Prior to UP, she designed retail outlets of CLN, NYX, and Tokyo Joe. A graduate of UP Diliman College of Home Economics, she apprenticed for Leo Almeria Design Studio, Masterpiece by Simbulan, and Santos and Hidalgo Architects and Interior Design. Her designs have been featured in Condo Living and Home Ideas Magazine.
